Auntie Anne’s®, the world’s largest hand-rolled soft pretzel franchise, is partnering with Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF), for the eighth year, to take a stand to end childhood cancer. Auntie Anne’s and ALSF both started as single stands in southeastern Pennsylvania and over the years, grew to become international brands with countless dedicated supporters. Since establishing a partnership with ALSF in September 2011, auntie annes specials has raised a lot more than $4.6 million to help fund life-saving research and treatments.

Now through September 15, pretzel lovers can join the fight by donating $1 to ALSF with purchasing a lemon icon at participating Auntie Anne’s stores throughout the country. 100 % of those proceeds will likely be donated to ALSF so when a token of appreciation, guests who buy a lemon icon will get a coupon for $1 off their next Auntie Anne’s purchase.

“Since our inception in 1988, Auntie Anne’s continues to be dedicated to our community and taking care of others,” said Heather Neary, president of Auntie Anne’s. “We’re honored to continue to fulfill Auntie Anne’s mission and lift awareness and continue supporting Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation and their fight to finish childhood cancer.”

“Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation and Auntie Anne’s share the identical vision – to raise knowledge of and funds for childhood cancer research. Auntie Anne’s generous donations, campaigns, not to mention lemonade produce a great mix,” said Liz Scott, Alex’s Mom and Co-Executive Director of Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation. “Together, we have been curing cancer a single serving at any given time.”
